You mean to say that all the characters need to level up individually to get those extra skill points? Because if that is the case then it is kinda crazy? It will take forever to level up each character individually to be able to get all those points let alone getting to 55+ which is the real deal in terms of upgrades as far as i heard.
Yes. There is a training grounds that can be unlocked on your Stronghold that generates experience for free for any character sent to train, up to two levels below your highest.
