Some question regarding the Patch

Does this patch have the UI changes where I can move my party around ?
Does this have the chaos improvements where enemies are more grouped?
Does this have the Item looting screen (Like in Chaos when looting is in the middle of the screen) moved to the right and abbreviated? \
