The problem was the damage he has done and i dont think its an exception. I played with many master, grandmaster and in EU release no one did 900k+ damage in a competitive game. I saw an artilerist once, but that was when Bronze players were involved, they were jumping in his bombs 
Only in rusia players did 900k even 1200k damage but there we had 1 minute more and 250 more Swiftness.

Yea i just got 100 - 0 from an arcanist and not because i didn’t have my escape ability, i had no chance to run because there was no chance to run. Staggered into fear into knock up and dead.
If this is normal then Lost Ark went kokoo! There is absolutely no class that can do this unless this arcanist is cheating as i suspect he is.

This guy had the 40% damage card ready and got the 100% crit chance while doing the combo, the arcanist i met did not hit any targets as it was the begining of the fight. As i see its posible i guess he was extremely lucky to pro bouth cards in the same combo.
Be it as it may this is absolutely bonkers and for something like this to pass means they don’t care AT ALL about pvp.
I see less and less people playing and it won’t be a surprise to se RUsia servers all over again.
Normalized pvp in this game is trash if you dont play the meta classes. As a SM main, pvp is a pain in the ass because low mobility, because few skills with push immunity/super armor, because no shields and on top of that, the only big damage you do is in hype 3, which can only be used like once per game and that still pales in comparison with the damage a Blaster, an Arcana, an Infighter or a Demonic does.
Which is why I only engage in pvp for the weekly una task (5 games) and that’s it. I can imagine this content being fun if you play the right class, but for those of us who do not, it is a shitty experience.
On top of that, SG nerfed the dmg reduction tripod because it was too OP, while some classes can literally kill you with a couple of skills and constantly interrupt your skills because of more immunity than you. Great balance, what can I say.
