I can confirm your banning is out of control and is hitting Innocent folks. A friend of mine who Iâve played with since day 1 got hit with a ban and your outlandish appeal process asking for proof you didnât do something wrong when you donât even know what you are accused of is insanity.

Since you have let whales get away with murder in the early days with at most a 3 day ban. You all should address how you punish RMT now and in the future.
You set a shitty precedent and while it should have been perma from the get go you all have made this switch without communication (big surprise)
And no i have never RMTd nor been banned just pointing out the ridiculousness of how this has been handled

a 1380 from my guild was banned and the guy was with 1 level 6 gem and 3k gold hahaha
I keep seeing threads like this, I donât think people realize that actual legit whales exists. You can buy gold from the cash shop, having all level 10 gems at 1540s by buying that. Is it more expensive than RMT? Yeah, but the legit method doesnât get you banned.
I donât think some of you realize how much money people spend in this game. Thereâs a reason thereâs a monthly limit to spending in KR, because if people could spend more, they would.
Now, imagine the same story, but in the US, where the 1% has more money than it has air to breathe. Trust me, youâll see the occasional whale walking around, that isnât enough to call them a cheater lol
Some people buy expensive cars just to flex on people on the streets, you think people donât buy gold legit in LOA to flex on F2P players?

Greater leapstones are 30 per, oreha 9 per (if you donât craft them yourself), destruction stones are like 5 per 10 at best. With the 870 gold per tap, itâs 3484 gold per tap, shards can run you 100 gold per 1000, so maybe 4k gold if you want to include that.
Whale have confirmed the limit is 1000$ per day. Without taxes, thatâs 120k RC per day. Per Day. On my server, thatâs 360k gold per day.
Letâs assume that upgrading from +24 to +25 is 6k gold per tap (itâs less than that, but Iâm willing to walk with you partway), at 180 taps, like youâre saying, no getting lucky, thatâll run you 1.08M gold. So⌠3 days. Letâs even assume itâs the same price from +20 to +25, thatâs 15 days.
6 pieces at 95+ quality everything, okay, if I remember properly, the chance to get a 95+ quality is about 0.5% at 800 per try. On average, thatâs 160k gold per piece. Or 960k gold total, on average. Letâs assume my boy has the worst luck ever and bump that to 1.5M. Thatâs⌠5 days.
Level 10 gems are⌠100k on my server, you need 11 of them, so 1.1M. Thatâs 4 days.
So, 24 days. LOA released 6 months ago. Assuming the worst luck Iâve ever seen and that the whale actually doesnât play the game or farm any mats from +20 onward, with the same price as it is going from +24 to +25. Whales have about, what, 150 days margin here?
Look man, Iâm not trying to say theyâre all good guys, they probably arenât, but stop pointing fingers and calling people cheaters when you have no other basis. AGS is working on rooting out the bad ones and all it cost you is looking at a person that had a glowing weapon for 5 minutes once in a blue moon.

yea and thats with the gold prices as of here recently. it hasnt even been that long since it jumped to 650. prices rise and fall with the blue crystal costs. those 100k gems? no. thats cooldown gems and thats recent prices. they were 150k each damage gems are 250k-350k each. who runs 11 cd gems man? person im talking bout has had these gems for months. so no im not pointing fingers. but you also forget the initial grind and cost associated with getting from tier 1 to 2 to 3 in early days⌠it wasnt cheap by any means. GHL were 800g+ a piece. so yea sure with todays prices maybe⌠but from day 1 til now? no way youre completely disregarding all the cost to get to highest cap before relic gear even released. today? sure they could whale out and be set in a month.

Huh huh. So ignoring the fact that bots also pushed the price of buying gold with RC at 1000 on my server when the problem go really bad, you literally didnât change a single thing in my points.
Letâs pick your prices then. All of them.
350k per gem, letâs assume theyâre all damage. 800 per GHL, all of them. GHLâs amount to 6.9M gold for 180 pity on weapon from +24 to +25, assuming you donât play the game at all. Gems are 3.85M, so letâs add 10M to the bill, just for show.
Bill before was what, 8M gold? Letâs make it 10 again, so 20M total. Thatâs way above everything youâve said, so that should be enough, right? No gaming the system, the person has the worst luck ever, artisan 100 from +20 to +25 on weapon, not earning any mats from gameplay at all at literally the worst market rate in LOA history in the west. 20M gold is good, yes? Iâm not âdisregardingâ anything here, right?
At the current RC price, thatâs 56 days. 360k gold per day for 56 days.
Artisan 100 on 5 upgrades that are all the equivalent of +24 to +25, with one of them where GHLs are 800 gold per, and itâs the worst one (at 26x the price of current GHL)
95+ quality with the worst luck youâll ever see, buying every thing for it with gold, not farming
11 level 10 damage gems (and the previous cost of gems that were all cooldowns apparently)
Not playing the game at all for mats at all, someone that spends 1000$ per day on the game literally doesnât play the game here

No, I did not forget the prices, my point is they donât matter. A whale that has spent 1000$ per day since the start of LOA in the West can get 18M RC in 5 months, or what, 54M gold at current prices? Even at the worst price Iâve seen (which is half), thatâs still enough. And thatâs not counting the time where prices were at 800-1000 gold per trade. Thatâs beyond anything thatâs been in the game since day one. Weâre pass the days where those post make sense.
If you had told me all of this 3-4 months ago, yeah, youâd be right. But not anymore.

I agree with your reasoning. Its hard for some to agree with the idea that people will spend ridiculous amounts of money on a game. I have friends in KR whoâve spent tens of thousands of dollars. I myself am approaching the $9000 AUD really quickly and I am thinking of chilling now. Getting too much LOL
smh⌠what im telling you is i KNOW the guy. i know he has rmtâd. hell i know quite a few people actually that RMT 500k to 1 mil a week. ive watched them do it. its not so rare as you seem to think it is.
Im 1500 ilvl with lvl 7 gems (one 8) 5x3 setup good quality accs. Do you know how I made the gold? Not by paying a single euro. I played this game for 1700 hours on 5 characters, not skipping a single chaos dungeon or guardian raid on any of them, selling any decent accs that drop (sold a relic ring with 98 quality for 60.000 gold last week) doing Argos, Valtan, Vykass, selling Argos busses in-game for gold, etc. Not everyone you see with high ilvl and good quality accs has been RMTing or even whaling at all, we just play a lot because we love the game.

You can most likely tell if its a level 50 roster, 1575 and full level 10 gems with no extra content basically done though
Yeah for sure, but this guy put up some criteria that many achieved f2p or minor-spending by now in August.

Its a very frustrating process and im sure CS and Moderation are tired of seeing my appeals, As it currently stands i am banned for 6 months which is longer than the game has even been out, i am still awaiting my GDPR data to prove how they got their numbers that they emailing me over and over, If they think 655k in gold is in my mail from RMT sellers, then wipe it, idc I just want my account back. This has been an on-going issue for over a week and its having a massive effect on my sanity and mental fortitude.
