How to get my MSQ back to where it was supposed to be after Galatur server issue. I was granted a new MSQ, but, it was significantly under my current level. After completing a few of the lower MSQs, I came to “Song of Return” in Luterra Castle. The bard, “Shannon,” is missing and I cannot complete this quest. Obviously, it’s because I am level 41 and I have already done this quest prior to the server reset.

I’m sorry for this issue that you are experiencing with the main story quest. I recommend to exit the game and re launch it and see if the NPC appears after re logging in.

@Dim Is there an ETA on missing songs? I had a request for something similar even though it’s something that was caused by a GM.
As the issue was already escalated it will be review by the devs as soon as possible, but unfortunately I do not have an ETA to provide you with on this situation.
This is an issue that has persisted for about a week and a half. I’ve relogged, verified, and done about everything possible for a fix.
I’ve also been on live support about 12 times, with no fix either.

I’m sorry to read that you cannot progress because progress the main quest because of the missing bard.

@Chameliaca Also, the missing bard is not really the main issue. The main issue is that I shouldn’t have this main story quest to begin with, as stated, I am a level 41 Deathblade. My character should be on the main story quest after “Blackfang’s Whereabouts.” That was the last main story quest I completed before the server roll back on Galatur.
BUT, for some reason, the admin team is extremely slow in finding a solution to this issue. It has now been two weeks since this problem and I have yet to see any progress

@Chameliaca Oh, I’m aware it takes them forever. This is an issue I’ve had for almost two weeks with no resolution. But thank you for keeping tabs.
@Chameliaca Question: How many people are having the same issue as me? As in, they were restored a MSQ due to Galatur server issues, and are now stuck in limbo because a NPC is missing? (Because they have already completed the quest requiring the NPC.)
The response time for this major issue seems to be extremely slow if other players are having the same issue.
