I believe this guy has already been ban, soo today 28/03 i found him again, only at the end I realized him and i start record the fight.
this mage dont have animation on skills, look how fast is he cast.
maybe this accounts are the same guy.

looks hacking alright, I have sorceress as well that’s way too fast casting and CD is basically nonexistent
