In the skills window for SoulFist’s Tempest Blast, the skill does NOT display levels underneath it when it’s clearly upgradeable through Tier 3 tripods. Mine is Level 2 already, but underneath the name it is just blank.
This is actually bugged for a lot of classes, and should def be fixed
