I think there is a missing boss model for the south vern chaos dungeon. I got a red portal and my game just froze. Closed the game, restarted got back into the same chaos dungeon, with my character pushed to the other side of the map and low health. I could see the aoe for an attack but the game crashed again before the boss model could load in. Checked game files all were validated. Sadly missed out on not only the red portal but also the chaos dungeon because by the time I logged in again I timed out and the dungeon failed.
