The cooking quest Crayfish With Vegetable appears to be bugged. When you buy the 7:7:7 and use all, then go to fish it did not change into golden bait and when fishing I received no Crayfish at all. It said I had x3 gold and 2 other buffs which was weird and then they all timed out and I got nothing after spending 2.7 million silver on the quest.

it needs to buy Gray x5, Red x1, and orange x2. Use them in order, then they become gold bait with a 4-minute buff

Apparently you also need to not teleport after getting the buff, because it will just disappear and you now wasted all your silver. So make sure you are next to the spot when you do it…
This should not be a thing. The buff should stay for the 4 minutes no matter where you go.
