I’ve been crafting a lot of fusion material in my stronghold lately and even went all out of manor buffs to get a total of 12% Great success chance (9% Special 3% General)
Structure Buffs:

I’ve always felt like the proc chance was either not applying or I was incredibly unlucky over multiple days of permanent crafting so I started logging all my crafts and procs.
It might not be the biggest sample size but It clearly shows a trend already:
Simple / Basic Oreha Crafts
Total Crafts: 258
Total Procs: 8
Chance: 3.1%
Expected Procs at 12%: 33.5
The chance of 8 procs in 258 crafts with a 12% proc chance is 0.0000002% which is low enough to warrant an investigation into this.
This just feels bad because I’ve spent some blue crystals for the NPC outfits and also pushed some east luttera completion to get the structure.
The only way this would make sense is if the Special success chance was applied multiplicatively but that would also make that stat basically useless and scam people out of time/blue crystals for the rapport and npc outfits.
Nope, I’ve been asking on streamer discords as well in hope that a KR player has the answer but no luck. I’ve just swapped to more normal success chance but I still really want to know if this is bugged or working as intended (multiplicatively)
I agree, I have the same exact build as you and I have had them since nearly a month after game launched, I can safely say that Ive only ever hit great success maybe 5-6 times at most.
My current AH listings + 2 x 900 that sold overnight. My stronghold info window says +6% great success chance and +5% Special great success chance. 2 out of 240 crafts is rough no matter what math you use
