so i spent 103.000 gold on chaos stones by accident, like a lot of posts have suggested i should go contact support, but after waiting nearly 10 min for them to figure it out told they can’t reverse it, so do i just have to accept and cry about losing 2 weeks work?
please help… this is like… really depressing to me
I keep hearing about all these stories of this happening and them getting the purchase refunded, but im just being told they can’t which after seeing how they removed things from inventories and etc, before is just not true. lest we forget negative pheons

it’s just funny that a user above sent a place of proof of others getting it refunded, and even this, and you’re telling me it’s unrefundable? as said i’ve seen the negative pheons i know it’s possible and for a company all about “pleasing the customers” then i wouldn’t say it’s good light to refuse it when you have the tools for it, and even done it on multiple occasions, like honestly, it’s so much of my time wasted for one simple mistake that could’ve been fixed with most likely a warning message when you spend so much gold, 2 weeks of pure grind, and it’s just being treated like nothing from you guys
because alot of people spit bs and they don’t know what it is even if you deleted some items they restore them people deleted 2k Honor leaps and they got it back that’s why you don’t listen to most bozos on forums

Seems like a crappy thing to let people suffer from. The company don’t make enough money to help out with obvious accidents like this? Just take the items off of them and give them the gold amount back. How can this be a big deal?
edit * I can only think of one scenario - where the company cannot confirm the actual gold/stone purchase. In this case there could be stones collected from other sources and as they are untradable you shouldn’t be able to ‘convert’ items to gold by claiming an accidental purchase. The ‘scammer’ would have to construct a convincing screenshot. Perhaps the successful refunds have had video evidence instead of screenshot. But this is ONLY if the company can’t actually refer to a recent in-game purchase log of the player. If they can - this is still crappy.
