So I got the first two (red/green), just doing the main story. Got my boat, did the whole Mokoko village thing, saved everyone hooray, was surprised it didn’t end with me getting another ark as it sent me off to Arthetine to do the Stern main quest line. I figured whatever, maybe it’s just slower to aquire the 3rd one. But I just finished up Stern and got the purple ark and it’s in the 4th slot. So from left to right, I see arks in slots 1 & 2, missing in the 3rd, then I see the 4th from Stern. So I’m wondering if I did in fact miss, somehow, an ark from the tiny island people, and if so, how to get back on track? Like I said, i’m following the main quest, so I’m not sure how I could have missed it since it seems like it forces you into obtaining it. Unless maybe the arks just don’t fill in left to right evenly and I’m actually where I’m suppoed to be. It’s sending me off to Vern now.
Looking at my cards, it looks like the names of the ones I do possess at this point are “Asta”, “Ortuus”, and from Stern, “Agaton”.
It’s there somewhere - sorry I can’t be specific! I had the same. Got the 4th Ark long before when cleaning up my quest book I stumbled onto the 3rd. IIRC there are some mostly dialogue quests to do after you’ve ‘finished’ the content for the third. Just have a look around for conversations and it’ll no doubt turn up.

Oh, so by that do you suggest I head back to the village of the tiny cute people and look around for any quests I may have left? Or just keep going on to Vern? Actually, I think it may be in Anikka, I’m getting my continent order a bit wrong I believe. I think Anikka is the 3rd continent you go to. Looking at my map, it shows I haven’t even entered the “Prisma Valley” area, so I’m wondering if that’s where I need to look.
Luterra, mokoko and arthetine has the 3 first arks if I’m not entirely mistaken. Don’t remember Anikka having one, they just sent you on to Arthentine
Ahhh, maybe that’s it then. I think I expected Anikka to have it after the long battling and story stuff there.
To circle back here, the ark that’s in the slot that looks like the 3rd that I mentioned I thought I missed, you actually get after the Shushire main quest line, which is after Vern. It’s actually the 4th ark. Just weirded me out I guess that they didn’t fill in order.
