The starlight Isle quest is still active on a deleted character, thus meaning I am unable to do the quest at all, locking me from doing quite a bit of content such as collectibles, achievements and getting the song. Please would you be able to give 1 of my characters the quest so I can complete it?

I am sorry to hear the situation you are in with this questline locked.
Unfortunately we can’t assign active quests to other characters to fix it that way, but what I could do to help you, if you have a character slot available, is bring your character back to life so you can complete the questline, then you can choose the destiny you want for your character.
If this seems like a good idea to you let me know the name of the deleted character and server to help you as soon as possible.

That would be great thank you, however I will need to delete a character and thus need 24 hours.
The character I believe the quest to be on was ; Alessialol on zinnervale EU Central

If it is necessary to remove one of your characters that you want to keep in order to solve this problem we can also restore that character once you complete the questline.
