I’ve bought a vanguisher starter pack (plus some extra royal crystals to buy levelling blue crystal pack, already redeemed), a few days before new servers were opened, and would love to change servers to EU West, as the EU Central is simply unbearable (impossible to connect again). Would you please explain why is it impossible to transfer starter packs? It starts to seem like a predatory and unethical commerce (selling sth on a service that does not function, make it impossible to redeem money, or offer a proper recompense by simply allowing ppl to move to less busy servers whithout losing their money).
