Here is unofficial ETA information based on my personal experience and what I gathered from reading forums:
If you spend money in game you usually get trusted very fast (~3 days)
If you go for steam trusted it can take very long, I am personally on a day 74.

Sorry to hear about the troubles you’re having with your Lost Ark account’s trusted status.
You mentioned already having purchased something but I do have to ask if you’ve already set up Steam’smobile authenticator. If it isn’t please go ahead and enable it: Steam Support :: Steam Guard: How to set up a Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator
Once this is set up, it may take some time for the system to recognise it’s been set up.
If you’ve already set up the authenticator please Contact Us so we can check your accoun’t information to see what’s happening. It’s better to do so through live chat to avoid posting certain information on a public forum.
Please do keep in mind that if everything seems to be in order there’s a chance waiting for the system to award the status is the only option available.
