I have the feeling that the Steam achievements are granted if you reach the first stage of the corresponding achievement in game.
I have some pretty rare achievements since day 1. Don’t know if this is already a know problem but just saying.
For example Steam thinks I have 100% Adventure Tome in Yorn. But I only have 30% or so.
