Steam can't find my progress?

Hello!! I’ve had this problem for a few days now, I don’t know what it is, has anyone had this? I just got disconnected from the game, and when I went to reconnect this message appeared, it appears normally in the morning, normally connected after 12:00PM

Im on right steam account.

after this pop up, if i enter on game, i have 0 characters on all servers, so i need keep restarting the game until the game find my progress, maybe i need restart 1 time, 3 times, maybe i keep trying for hours…today this happend after i get the same issue who all people have, [G0x9-SPELPWP1P2NT]

I apologize for the inconvenience, have you tried any sort of troubleshooting already? If you haven’t, please follow these steps:

  1. Close the game.
  2. Close Steam.
  3. Open Steam as an administrator.
  4. Verify files integrity on Steam (Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files)
  5. Launch game.

This will help in case there is a broken file in the game that may be causing this, please try this and if the issue persists I recommend you to reinstall the game to make sure any broken file that wasn’t fixed with the first troubleshooting gets replaced.
