Steam initiated the refund resulted a commerce lock!

My account has been locked due to a refund that was initiated by Steam. I’ve provided all the evidences to prove that the refund happened on Steam’s end but all I’ve received are automated responses from the mods saying that the ban couldn’t be lifted.
Please review this as soon as possible since my account has been locked for more than a week and no resolve yet! @Roxx

I’m sorry about the situation with your account. Regardless the appeal you have made through Amazon Games, unfortunately, here in the forums no mod or live chat representatives are able to see or access any information regarding bans, since they are reviewed by the appeals team, which is responsible for reviewing them one by one.

The recommendation I can give you is that when you make an appeal try to add as much details and information as possible. That department is the only one that can assist you with bans and I understand you have already sent appeals but there is nothing we can do here in the forums.
