Hi, there was a download issue that i experienced with my steam launcher earlier and after trying everything i could, i had to uninstall and reinstall, steam which now requires me to redownload lost ark! my question is, will my account progress be saved and if not, how do i get my progress back? i have the name of my characters, which tier they are in etc. plus purchases from steam itself to confirm that the account is mine.
Any sort of help would be appreciated
Hi @sidrnaik10, welcome to Lost Ark forums, I hope you are doing well today.
In this case there will be no issue if you uninstall or reinstall your game or your steam launcher, as your information is bound to your Steam account, regarding the progress basically this is stored on a server that AGS uses to host the game, you will only need to access your steam account where the where the game’s at, and all your progress and purchases should be there.
