Please restart your Steam client and try to launch Lost Ark again. It should be working fine now!

Guessing they got time wrong by 1 hour, as exactly on the hour it starts unpacking…

Unpackaging has started !

The amount of people crying is dumb, hahahaha throwing threats about refunding the game… lol.

Were they on the NA server? And did they provide proof?

It’s working now, but it’s not the 72h head start we paid for… I’m not saying it’s a big deal but it would be nice to receive a tiny bit of compensation… maybe something in-game.

Crying about people crying is hypocritical and counter productive.

Hi guys, I verified the game files and was able to get in, could have been a coincidence but figured I’d post it here just in case It works for someone else.

It’s coincidental. It started working correctly exactly 1 hour late. If I had to guess someone at Valve messed up with the time difference between servers.

I just want to leave a thank you for the team on fixing this issue quickly. Launch days are hard and stressful. Please know that all your hard work and dedication is greatly appriciated.

I hope whoever was in charge of assigning the NA launch times, on whoevers end, gets fired for incompetence lol

Thanks, now it’s working. BUT slowly. For some Reason it’s working for like half an hour or so and I am at 10 GB unpacking oO It that normal or what is going on?

this is still a issue ive done everything from redownload and wait and everything else. ive now been waiting 6hrs to play the game and yet no feed back with in the last 7-8 hrs about whats happening here. still stuck in unpacking sitting on 100%.
