Connection Time out issue continues on steam.

To everyone saying the game isn’t in the Lost Ark folder under steamapps/common, it’s not stored there before unpacking. It’s stored in steamapps/depotcache. Don’t try to uninstall and reinstall before checking that folder lol

Its amazing to me, that even knowing the hype, steam and AGS dropped the ball yet again. AGS is 2 for 2 on bad launches

This’ll be figured out in a couple of hours. Yeah, this is unacceptable, yadda yadda, but, in the big scheme of things, if the game is up by Feb 11, no one is really going to care.

founders packs contain consumable limited use items… you won’t be able to refund unless it was an upgrade (ie: bronze to platinum)… and you will receive Steam Credit for the value of the lower package.

i uninstalled the game and tried to re download the 70 gb still connection timed out i also switched the region for downloads same error when will this actually be fixed?

Ahhhh, the boilerplate answer, a rarity to find in the wild. Look how it grazes along the grass, squats down low and spews out something that basically says we have no idea what is going on.

Understand people being upset with it, we all wanna play the game. But the issue (as far as has been communicated) is entirely on Steam’s end with their unpackaging servers. Lost Ark can’t do anything but tell them to fix it lol
