Steam status game is Running, but nothing show on my desktop

Hello, I’m trying to open Lost Ark from Steam, it start to run Anti Cheat ok, then nothing happened.

I check my Steam account, that shows I’m playing Lost Ark, but no window or screen show on my desktop. Task Manager also show Lost Ark status is running.

I wait for 1 hour and nothing happened next. Tried to restart computer, verify integrity but it doesn’t work.

Anyone have same issue?

My specs are above Recommended System Requirements following this page. I think it is not about the hardware error

Dac c’est rassurant (pour moi) si c’est pas un problème de configuration

To resolve this issue please follow the step by step troubleshooting:

  • Please verify the integrity of game with the Steam integrity check

  • Update your video and windows drivers.

  • Repair Easy Anti cheat ( Open Lost Ark Application in your Steam library and go to Settings → Manage → Browse Local Files > Open the AntiCheat Folder > Run the EasyAntiCheat_Setup executable file > Repair.

  • Troubleshoot the Firewall: Press Windows + R, type “firewall.cpl” into the Run window, and then press Enter.

  • Click Allow an app or feature through Windows Firewall and then click Change settings.

  • Look for the game in the list of allowed apps and features. If it’s present, make sure it’s checked, and that both the Private and Public columns have a check mark. If the app is missing from the list, you need to add it.

  • Click Allow another app…, locate and select the app, then click Add.

  • Once you’ve done that, you need to ensure that the app is checked, and that it has check marks under both the Private and Public columns.

Thanks for the help. I tried to follow your troubleshooting step by step twice times but it does not work at all.

Look like I should contact Amazon Games support.

J’ai le même problème, le support m’envoi vers le support Steam. Je pense que lostark c’est mort pour moi
