We got a HUGE hotfix, endured server congestion, the frustration of a buggy new patch and when I come back in hopes of seeing my issue get fixed. Nope.
Screwed 2 times over with this one. First, you let me buy a character creation ticket when I could only have 12 characters… then when I can finally have up to 18 characters… You won’t let me buy any tickets!!! My account STILL says 0/12 tickets available for purchase… I guess because my problem isn’t significant, e.g., can’t read patch notes for an event mission, my problem has to wait until the next patch most likely… just like I had to wait 3+ weeks to get 3 tabs and use the 1 ticket I bought that you never refunded. Seriously. This is an easy fix. Why hasn’t it been fixed yet!?
