Trying to enter the Reilvarr Ruins instance tells me that this area is under maintenance. It’s been like that for days now. I am playing NA East on Kharmine.
Same for everyone. They closed it to prevent peoples characters from getting stuck in loading screens. Fix is in progress but probably wont be implemented until weekly maintenance.
