Hey everyone, we appreciate the continued reports and I have an update to share this morning. We have a potential fix for this issue going out with our weekly update tomorrow night, and are working through a few other potential paths to improve this issue.

Today is Monday. weekly update is in 2 days on Wednesday.

Wym tricks? Tomorrow is tuesday so the night from tuesday to wednesday is “tomorrow’s night”
In NA they have updates at midnight i think so it’s all good
Disconnects AND when I am connected I can’t even flip through the marketplace without that crashing too. What the heck is going on with this game.
You think this is going to fix anything no matter when they apply it? I called multiple times that we’re going for week 3. Gonna call week 4 soon after this. Their incompetence is unparalleled and out of this world no joke at all.
Nobody trusts them after the pheon thing we get it.
But lets be normal and wait for the “fix” first b4 criticizing them over it without us having experienced it yet.
There’s no need to wait. We’ve seen enough. No other company would wait 2-3 weeks to fix large scale DCs. I don’t care at all about the pheon incident. OK they’re stupid and show it to us on every chance they get but being unable to finish a raid with all 8 connected or having to stall DPS so they reconnect is very annoying.
Your reply doesn’t inspire much confidence in this. This should have been an emergency fix and instead, AGS/SG make it feel like it’s not a big deal and ehh maybe we’ll get it worked out at some point and maybe not? Buy our Black Friday/Cyber Monday stuffzzz that you can’t really use because you can’t stay connected LOLOLOLOL!!!
Welcome back! Did you all have a nice weekend there in AGS? Because we didn’t. But then again we have your appreciation for the reports(!) and a double ‘‘potential’’ fix which to be honest looks like the kind of ‘‘we need to say something and not just throw the Black Friday package in their faces’’, so all is good(NOT).
Emergency fix for an issue that is unrelated to pheons/revenue/cash shop? This is not realistic.
I’m so damn tired of these constant disconnects.
They were so quick to punish players over their own pheon mistake, but disconnects are not an issue at all it seems.
Not fixed. We deserve Compensation for every single day that this goes unresolved.
Servers still trash people unable to play your game for pretty much a month now and you call this acceptable? FIX THE GAME the auction house is so scuffed you can’t even use it or if you do decide to go through the hell of using the AH good luck getting to the second page everything takes you 20+ minutes to accomplish anything FIX THE GAME

Today I had at least 5 disconnections and 2 complete crash from the game.
I don’t know what you did, but it’s getting worse. This is the forth week with no fix. This afternoon in the clown three in the party crashed and I was worried if I crashed too we would lose again the entry and wait for tickets. This is just ridiculous.
