Still untrusted account

My account is still untrusted even though my steam is already trusted with active mobile authenticator. I really just want to transfer my accesories and stones to my alts. Been messaging steam support and just keeps giving me this same answer,

You will need to wait for the purchase/trading restriction to be lifted.

I can already use steam market and everything only trusted steam accounts can do but still can’t send items through in-game mail.

I was told it was 5$ minimum in steam wallet and get it 2FA verified and you’re good to go BUT alot of ppl had lost in translation experience with customre support from amazon… they put the blame game on “its steams fault” when in reality it was AGS to put it up to fight against bots (security preventions etc)

@Dymatize I paid the 5$ 2fa still have this issue

ANOTHER person claimed you need to pay “IN GAME” Royal cystals … they showed a Amazon support person saying that… some ppl had mixed results with that…

my 2FA has been active for months now, since you released that 2FA thing and also replied on that forum post 2 days ago.

yeah the crazy thing is i’m pretty sure my steam account is already trusted since I can use all the functions that only trusted accounts can. I doubt steam is the problem here since getting trusted account is pretty much automatic on their side. The funny part is there are still a ton of bots in-game. It’s us legit players who are suffering more instead of those bot users.

I had mixed results myself and friends as well so its hard to say how they “permit” ppl who can have access to trusted status or not… its kinda sketchy… MY post is old af and i’m still waiting lol with everyone else who posted… SOME ppl had their issue fixed …

yup i’ve seen some people got theirs to work after replying on that post. I just don’t get why they still can’t fix this issue.
