Still waiting for my twitch drop

Got a twitch drop 3 days ago. I did not get it in game. (Saphia Pet Chest)

Everything is linked correctly whit twitch.

edit : My account wasnt linked on the website of lost ark my bad got all the drops instantly.

Have you tried clicking the “Claim” button in the Drops page? I forgot to click mines while waiting for a day

Thank you for answering me. It’s been more then a week now and i still haven’t received my twitch drop, i have 2 drops the pet pack and the mount pack. Twitch account is correctly linked to my amazon account and i did claim both of the drops in my twitch drop tab(can send picture of the drop tab if needed).

Same here . I’ve relinked all my accounts steam and lost ark and prime and it’s been 16 days since I’ve seen any twitch drops in game inventory .
