Still waiting for valtan hard mode gate 2 re entry ticket

I have yet to receive my valtan hard mode ticket gate 2 from the server crash.

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us, I’m so sorry to hear that your server crashed during Valtan.

I understand how frustrating is to get disconnected in the middle of an activity. In this case, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, we have a system that takes care of this type of situations in order to provide the ticket back in very specific scenarios, however it can take more than 24 hours to give you the ticket, we can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket, I apologize for the inconvenience. Here’s a post that explains better how this system works.

Update to Timed and Ticketed Content Lockouts

The region wide crash in NA WEST that happened on May 28, 5:30+ PM PST was the outage on the game server side. I am one of those affected and I still haven’t received a re-entry ticket. What do you have to say to this?
