after roxx saying to wait for their automatic system that will send the entry ticket witihin 24h
i sent a ticket and was told to wait 24-48h that they would talk to a dev and see what they can do
wellp after that 48h i sent another ticket and guess what? dude told me ‘yeahhhh buddy if the automatic system didn’t sent your ticket theres no way we can send’
kekw entire vykas server shuts down/disappear from server status… people lose entry yep nothin we can do wait til next thursday reset
Yea my ticket was even escalated but they did absolutely nothing to compensate or get the run back. Been over week now. Support straight out lied in the ticket.

I know what you’re trying to say, but you can’t imagine how much stuff can go wrong patching a game. One line of code can stunlock a team of devs for hours/days. If you ever played an MMORPG before, you’d know not to play on patch day. No offense
Give them some room to breathe. I can recommend doing your important stuff on weekends or beyond to be sure.
