This means that the second pack will be given along the day until 2pm (Pacific Time), meaning, there are still some hours before that.

In the same situation. Bought gold and platinum. I’ve had several experiences with the Live Support and its absolutely horrendous. They have no idea what is going on and they only respond with posts on the forums.
