I went to the store to see what I could exchange. clicked on crystals thinking I was going to buy some with gold but it was exchanging the other way gold for my Royal Crystals. I clicked cancel but the transaction already went through, and then I clicked on buy the blue crystals for gold, and that was also instant, but wouldn’t go through because I had one unclaimed. I honestly don’t need the gold, and want the royal crystals back, but I haven’t claimed the gold. I only saw one post saying to direct contact but the link didn’t work. I replayed but nothing so made this post to get the word out. Please fix the issue so I can browse the shop safely and not think that the game will instantly use the currency I have. Occured 5 days ago around the afternoon.
