I have tried purchasing crystals on MANY occasions, and like winning the lottery, it sometimes allows to purchase, most often it won’t. I’ve heard it a million times, do you have steam overlay checked, YES. I’ve gone as far as making another character in another server to try to purchase, and that is hit and miss also. I’ve opened 3 tickets with this issue, not a single one has been answered. Real professional stuff here, AMAZON or Smilegate. I just want answers on why I can’t make purchases when I want too!
