When story express and hyper express events went live, i used the powerpass with my artist.
Then, an story express window opened in order to select a character of my roster for the event. I had no available character then, so I closed the story express window.
This window, appeared around 2-3 times when i logged in with artist few times. Still showing me my 8 characters from zinnervale.
One day, i decided to create a scrapper, and level her up with story express. The thing is, the window did not appear in none of my characters. I returned to “Select character” screen, then “server selection screen”. and saw i had in Kadan one character i was not using. I entered to character selection screen but this time from Kadan, and saw on the name: “STORY EXPRESS IN USE”
The thing is I did not use that story express on her. I did not select her…

the heck?! bro literally i’m so tilted… i created a scrapper to make her get the rewards and now i have nothing bc the express autoselected another character from ANOTHER SERVER
The support is not rdy to Help the player with his problem xD
the bottom line is that people get angry and stop playing the game
and the player numbers will go down even more
this say a many player but is no change after 16 days

i only more for 7 days on this shit game with shit support than come PoE new Season and Lost Ark more dying
Lost Ark is a great game with nice contend funny boss fights i like that but the support and all this destroyed the game
