Unfortunately at this point there is nothing can be done to move the story event to a different character.
As the official post says: “You can only designate one Story Express character per account. If you delete your Story Express character, you will not be able to designate another one.”

and @Firus are you able to move an story express to another character? literally mine autoselected a character from another server i dont play since long time ago

If the story express was selected all by itself, and you did not choose the character, you can contact us so that we can offer further assistance by following this link:
