We all make mistakes, just allow people who used story express with punika pass to designate a new character for story express.
We have been through whole things since release always here playing this game daily putting my time and my money after all those problems with the server, disconnection etc so don’t break my heart again gimme back my story express 
Yeh i know its my fault i didnt reead patchnote and blabla but the fact is that wouldn’t change anything to you to give us back the story express but for players whi mad e the mistakes it’s everything.

Dude what you talking about abusing system? Its just a game either u got it right or wrong for those who did it wrong in wasnt on purpose of course so its fair to give them second chance that’s all. No way to abuse system here. And my msg is for the devs not for random people to come and add a grain of salt
