Mainly concerned about which character the train should be bound to.

every character in your roster has access to the same stronghold. also on alts u can teleport to it earlier than the first character as far as I remember.

How do you teleport alts to stronghold? My alt doesn’t have any songs available
at one point in the story the stronghold will be unlocked and you will also have a big tour and guide in it so don’t worry. Keep doing the main story quests.
