Very nice! worked for me as well.
Same bug here ![]()
Guys, found a way around this UI bug for anyone that isn’t able to research 2 things at a time.
Open your lab, change “Available Research” to “All Research” and just scroll until you find the one you completed and start another one, this way you can have 2 at a time.
Same problem,
Can’t finish one research because of this bug
Still catching up on threads, sorry! Want to confirm that we’re investigating and tracking this already, but workarounds posted here will help you out in the meantime (like this one from Pahx!)
thx
Same issue. Had to use research cards to complete my second research because that one was going to take 12 hours more and I had the first one complete… I hope give research cards for the time lost…
EDIT: Well I just read the work around… I guess I wasted my research cards…
I am also having this issue.
Also having a message saying my research is complete and it is not when I just started it.
for me, it’s not just a visual issue. i am not able to start a 2nd research task after the update
edit: i think i found the issue. i am unable to click the complete button on a research task i had started before the update, so i have a completed task stuck which is preventing me from starting a new 2nd task. horribly gamebreaking, thanks amazon
edit 2: i changed the dropdown from “available research” to “all research” and found the completed task and was able to click the complete button. this is fucking bullshit, and i don’t use those words lightly
Work around is as follows.
Go to lab select all research in drop down
Scroll down till you find the completed research click and complete
Switch back to available in drop down start new research
Should get you by till it is patched
This is how you complete and start another research with the bug
A work around
Control +1 > Go to lab > Select view all > Complete Research > Start another.
where is the button for “view all”? I don’t see this.
