Stronghold Still broken/no updates. Any temporary help available?

Hello, I have a ticket open/forum post/many chats with support regarding my stronghold not working (one of the first quests got bugged when the server dissappeared not long after launch). Every few days i get an update saying that AGS has received “no update from developers” as far as fixing the issue and for compensation for the past 6(ish?) weeks of not having a stronghold.

I was wondering if it would be possible to deduct gold from my account and give me a powerpass, similar to how i should be able to knowledge transfer (I’m happy to pay whatever the gold cost/wait time is). Is that something that would be possible while waiting on AGS, or am I out of luck here as well?

If my stronghold were working, I’d have 3 more max level alts, but i do not want to manually level them just because my quest is broken. I currently have no characters able to use the event items in tier one because my two powerpass characters are in T2. I’m nearly certain that my issue will not be fixed before these events end (if ever), and i’d hate to miss out on all those materials because of a bug (I’m already severely disadvantaged as far as professions/crafting/dispatches/alts etc…)

In this case as your issue has been escalated to our devs already, we will need to wait for them to provide a final resolution, as escalating an issue is the last thing we do when an issue like this happens. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, but I can assure you that our team is working on fixing the issue.

Sincerely thanks for the response. Who would be the one(s) to decide whether i get/what type of compensation? Will the events missed out on be taken into consideration, or is that also within the devs scope?
