Stuck after EAC loading screen in windows

Today I logged out of my character (EUW-thazzin) and in trying to restart LA I can’t manage to get past the loading screen. It’s stuck showing the “loading avatar” for 20-30 minutes.
I’ve tried verifying, repaired EAC, restarting PC several times and even re-installed LA but it keeps getting stuck with Argos.
I’m posting here in case it has somehow something to do with my character but hoping there’s some kind of solution I haven’t tried yet.

Update:
I’ve logged in with Geforce Now so my character isn’t stuck or anything.
Something to do locally on my pc even after a fresh install.

The issue isn’t fixed. I can play remotely on Geforce but I can’t load LA on my own pc.

So GeForce has allowed you to log but your computer still hasn’t. Got it!

Since you’ve already done some troubleshooting I will submit a bug report.
