Hi, I keep getting stuck around 70% in a loading screen when I attempt to run guardian raids. It happens around 75% of the time and I have to restart the game every single time or I’ll be stuck for the entire duration. Everyone else in the party is able to move/fight the guardian while I appear as afk on the spawn point. This never used to be an issue in previous months. Is there any previously reported issue on this with a fix? (wasn’t able to find any)

This might not be your case so if the problem persists after you check this information please apply a troubleshooting related with the third party program EasyAntiCheat that is linked within Lost Ark:
- Open Lost Ark in your Steam Library.
- Right click on Lost Ark’s list title and then Go to Settings < Manage < Browse Local Files.
- Open the EasyAntiCheat folder.
- Run as administrator EasyAntiCheat_Setup executable file.
- Make sure in the drop-down within EasyAntiCheat Service Setup Lost Ark or Current Game is the selected game.
- Press Repair Service.
- After this process verify Steam Integrity Check files:
- Restart your Computer.

I have had the same problem multiple times and none of the above solved it. It seems to happen often when changing character and then entering without playing “normally” before. This didn’t happen to me when playing a lot half a year ago.
I gave it a few days to see if the problem is fixed, but it still occurs so it probably wasn’t fixed. What to do now?

After you open this link follow this path:
- Select In-game Issues:
- Select Something Else’s option:
- Then at the left corner you will see an option to use Web Ticket:

I’ve been having this same issue for almost two months now and it only happens in guardian raids when I run them back to back with friends on multiple characters. If I solo queue a guardian raid randomly and only once, it never gets stuck. I’ve tried repairing files, verifying integrity, anything and everything suggested but it still always happens 1-2 times a day. I’m so fed up with this bug since very few people seem to have it and there’s no real solution or consistency to how it happens.
Been having this issue ever since my forum account was made. Hopefully one day it will get fixed. 
it’s the dc issue, happens multiple times a day. AGS won’t help.
