Stuck at character selection page too

I have four characters, when I select my character “Jasminesss” to enter, the message prompts 0PELPWP1F2NT.
my character is currently in the rania village ,but other characters can enter the game

i try to verify integrity of game files or restart PC or close steam and reopen and reinstall,
none of this solves the problem
could I get some help to resolve this issue, please?

I’m sorry that your character is stuck, thank you for providing all the information so far and also the steps that you have tried, let’s fix that quick, can you try this first please:

Try adding Windows firewall exceptions manually:

Press Windows + R, type “firewall.cpl” into the Run window, and then press Enter.

Click Allow an app or feature through Windows Firewall and then click Change settings.

Look for the game in the list of allowed apps and features. If it’s present, make sure it’s checked, and that both the Private and Public columns have a check mark. If the game is missing from the list, you must add it.

Click Allow another app…, locate and select LostArkLauncher.exe, and then click Add.

Once you’ve done that, make sure that Lost Ark has check marks under both the Private and Public columns.

DxDiag report:

Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.

Click on dxdiag.exe.

When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

I use the mobile phone’s network, connect the PC and when I finish the main quest of rania village.
switch back to the previous network, 0PELPWP1F2NT this problem no longer occurs.
anyway, I will continue to reconfirm if there are any other problems ,hope these help others.
