My chatacter Ajex on Kaden is stuck on this load screen.
I can’t play the game at all.

I’ve moved this to the support section as our support agents have the ability to unstuck your character.

It’s been 24 hours and still no fix for this. We need transparency and communication, you posted the notice yesterday and no updates today? We need something, we can’t progress in the game due to this bug, this is considered game breaking.

We understand the issue that all of you are experiencing and we are aware of it, if you are stuck and can’t seem to recover from the loading screen please reach out the Support team via web ticket and we will work to unstuck your character manually, please be patient while we work on solving this issue.
