My game crashed suddenly while I was doing the South Vern quest chain and now it seems to be stuck on the loading screen after the character selection.
Region : South America
Server: Arcturus
Character: Kazenokoe

Just got in on a fresh character.

I’m sorry to hear about the issue you are having with your main character being stuck.
In these cases usually moving the character to a different location can help to solve the problem.
I’ve moved your character to Prideholme so now you should be able to use it again with no problem, if you’re still having the same issue it might be necessary to run an integrity check.
