anyone else stuck at 1100-1300?
Since you cant buy the blue gear for t3 from AH, u have to get your full set from chaos dungeons, 3 days in a row now where im still missing the chest piece. It sucks because some of my alts are in t2 now, and for me to start the t2 research for less honing materials and success rate I have to be 1302. I dont understand why the blue set is bound for t3? Whats the reasoning behind that??
Is there another way to target such pieces? Why dont they add them to the [Exchange chaos dungeon shard] vendor atleast instead of just having accessories there.
and that’s the thing, RNG should be limited to upgrading. Cause not being able to get to 1302 once you hit T3 locks you out from timegated content. Not a problem for when you hit t2. Think of the people who couldn’t get their blue t3 gear from chaos dungeons for days who couldn’t get their weekly buyout from multiple vendors of t3 mats and who couldn’t do t3 abyss dungeons before the reset. And there’s also the t3 guardian raids they can’t even get started on.
Not a simple “RNG is the way the game works”. It’s a design flaw.
How does that differ from the people that are unlucky on 1080 - 1100? Both are locked out of T3 content.
And why are you sweating so much? There’s literally no content on T3 other than abyss dungeons that drop utter trash gear and 1k gold which you can get by selling one chaos dugeon run mats.
Because at 1080 T2 mats are still valuable, and they still have control over their RNG with Moon’s Breath, tailoring books etc., At the ilevel most people who are stuck at are hovering at (approx 1250-ish with 5/6 gear pieces) bound and untradeable T2 mats are completely useless to them. You have NO control over whether or not the game decides to give you a piece of the 1302 gear, dailies are still T2 bound mats which are worthless, and you cannot do anything about it. People are also missing out on the huge T3 market selling crystals/leapstones on the market because they don’t have access to the Guardian Raids and Abyssals because of it.
The key here is the control over the RNG. Literally like the guy above you said.
Technically, it’s not a design flaw. It’s an Amazon flaw. In other regions tier 3 chaos gear, as well as all 3 tiers of epic abyss gear, are tradeable in the AH. Amazon decided to have Smilegate make all this gear untradeable in our version for some reason. I’d love to know what that reason is.

You have 2 chances / day to get the t3 sett, or you can’t do sh*t, that’s pathetic. Btw I’ve just did the dailys what drops t2 materials, cuz I’m not in 1302 yet
So the best thing you can do right now, farming untradeable T2 materials xD for no reason sure.
I think you are wrong, all these decisions are smilegates not amazons. They are the ones implementing changes/patches, they are the ones as Golden River said, analysing how the population progresses and deciding when to release future content.
This is simply a deliberate bottleneck to slow down people rushing to the end. As he said don’t rush take it slowly enjoy the journey.
Why in the world would Smilegate decide to change that just for NA/EU? Yes, Smilegate codes the updates, but they only make changes based on requests from Amazon.
Most people experienced in the game were surprised they left so many catch up mechanics in the game as it is.

You have literally no clue how the relationship works. Golden River even said SMG are monitoring progression and deciding when to release more content, was he lying?
I have no clue? Dude, you think making tier 3 chaos gear untradeable and letting rng prevent some people from having a full set for a couple days is “slowing people down”? LOL. It’s just annoying people.
