Since friday morning ive had bug after Disconnection,
While doing the Valtan i dc’ed and logged back in after they killed him,
i didnt get loot, when they tried to goto P2 it says that i was missing to do P1,
okey i said “ok ill just do the P1 again cya” lo and behold cant even start P1 it says i allready completed P1, and cant join the P2 grps since i havent done P1.
so in sum, Cant do both Valtan, got no loot on first try on dc.
Tried contact Amazon, said i had to wait 24h, i did (48h now), still stuck.
Hope i can get help here. Played on my alt Berserker-Benhover.
Uninstall the game…
that doesnt help what my problem is 
i like the game, also my friends do, just dont wana get behind a week as they do, since we do everything together.
I love it 2 but u got tickec lose for valtan …u have too wait a week again …what server u are?
Im on NAE-UNA, 4-1370 1-1415 and main 1462.
Sucks ima in wrong server but enjoy man

I am sorry to hear about your lost entry and understand how you are not able to run P1 again but please bear in mind we do not provide re-entry tickets in cases not caused by a verified server crash or outage.
We’ve set up a system that will automatically reissue entries in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage within 48 hours. That is to say, if the system did not reissue your entry ticket automatically on this occasion, we will not be able to reissue it manually. You can read on how we handle these scenarios here.
Please bear in mind you cannot try P1 again since the entry is considered consumed and you cannot go to P2 since the required P1 was not completed.

well that didn’t help, since i didn’t get anything out of the raid get locked not only on P1 but also on P2 (since i havent “done” P1)
i do hope they get any solution for this even if its just continue to P2 without P1 rewards, or do P1 again, otherwise frustration will do pile up.
