While i was doing a rapport quest, it sent me to a mini dungeon, my game crashes when I try to load into it, my alts work perfectly fine but when I switch into my main it trys to load the dungeon again and it freezes again, I cant get my Character out of there.

I’m sorry to hear about your issues with your character. In this case, try to verify the file integrity from Steam:
Close Lost Ark completely
Force Stops Steam
Run Steam as administrator
Verify game files on steam (Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files)
Re-launch Lost Ark.
If it doesn’t work, we can try to move your character to a different location, so I will need your IGN and the server.

i am able to log in now thank you, do you know if the ancient elveria rapport quest area is bugged? I dont want to try to complete it if its going to end up stuck again?

@Akinobu, I’m glad to hear that it’s working, now. I was checking and there seems to be a report on the bug, so I would recommend avoiding the quests for know. You can write your information on this report so the developer team can take your information into account as well: --Cannot complete quest: To Ancient Elveria--(retried and cleared).
