Got D/C error mid cinematic, tried with another character no change, switched to DX 9 didn’t work either, verified files

I’m sorry for this issue that you are experiencing when trying to access the game.
I recommend to check for updates on your windows and video drivers to make sure you are up to date.
Also as you mention that you already try verifying the game files I would like you to try to restart your PC and open steam as admin, then launch the game.

Got some breakthrough with the issue, tried admin and restarting pc, not worked, created a character on another server and skiped the cinematic, went in flawlessly seems, the issue resides in the fact it got D/C mid cinematic, for some reason that prevent me to pass the loading screen in with any of the chars on that server
