Stuck in Loading screen after Update today

I was able to log in normally (in Luttera Castle) and was able to do everything normally after I ported to Saland Hills the loading screen remains at about 70% even a restart of the game has brought nothing … what do I do now if I can no longer play my char ?

Even the unstuck try at Live Support does not work …

Afgter waiting 12 Minutes in the Loading screen im in with following error message

Cannot connect to the server. Exiting the game [G0x9-SPELPWP1P2NT]
