I hope you’re having a great day and I’m sorry that you experience this issue.
I moved your character back to Prideholme but please before you open the game let’s check the Steam files and let me know if it works. 
Also I recommend not doing the Ealyn rapport quest until we release more information about this issue.

Quest is still not fixed even with the hotfix…
My main on EU Central Kadan - Numagor got stuck like the other time , not even showing the loading screen , the game just stopped working totally .
