Hi,

I just tried to do a rapport quest for Ealyn which takes me to Ancient Elveria. The scenario is not loading though. There is a sound of an errormessage and then I am stuck at the loading screen.

I cannot play with my mainchar right now could you please move the character so I can play again?

I’m really sorry to hear you are experiencing this inconvenience. Allow me to help you by relocating the character to Prideholme. Just in case I would like to emphasize this information I’ve shared before:

About the issue, different players are experiencing this inconvenience (in different places).
Our team is working hard to fix this soon and we know and understand it can be annoying cause is stopping you to go forward with your quests and the story.

If for some reason you get stuck again I’m glad to relocate you again and you can play avoiding that place or that quest momentarily.

Working on your character right now! Please close the game and run an Steam file check in the meantime.

I run the file check and it was successful. I just checked, but the char is still stuck. I will leave my game off until I hear from you again.

I’m having the same problem. The character’s name is Ilshogunll. (The first one is a capital i, the rest are lowercase L’s). Would appreciate being moved to Prideholme.

My character is stuck in the Ealyn rapport quest where you use the stone and zone into Ancient Elveria, can my character get teleported to a town? My character is named Thaka on NA East Sasha Server.

I’m back online with no load screen errors, Thanks for the quick help.

I was doing the rapport for Queen Ealyn and when it ported me to Ancient Elveria, the loading screen does not actually load. Instantly gets to 10% and just stops, when i relog/reload, it brings me straight to the Ancient Elveria loading screen and It happens again.
